Delivery & Shipping Policy

Soft Furnishings & Home Decor:-

The majority of our stock is ordered to order, which means we always quote up to 14 days.

If the item is in stock we will dispatch your order within 2 working days for next day delivery.

. For all postcodes in Northern Ireland and Scotland, all soft furnishings orders are sent via Hermes, which means they are approx 2-4 delivery once dispatched.

In the unlikely event that there is a delay with a specific style or if our suppliers have discontinued an item since your order, we will contact you personally by email to let you know.

Mirrors

All mirrors orders are processed within 24 hours of your order, Mirror deliveries are up to 10 working days. They are delivered by a mirror specialist courier and you will receive a text the day before the delivery and on the morning of the delivery you will receive a 3 hour time slot text message.

Please ensure you are available for this delivery, as failed deliveries can be subject to a £25+VAT cost to be redelivered.

Furniture

Large furniture items will be 1-3 weeks with a specialist courier. We will provide further specific information by email once your order has been processed as different suppliers have different delivery time frames which we will make you aware of. If you are looking for something for a specific date please always email us first before placing an order and we will do our best to provide a timeframe before placing your order.

Lighting

Lighting delivery times can vary depending on stock availability with our suppliers. Depending on the style it may also be possible for it to be shipped direct from supplier. Once you have processed your order we will email you with specific information on delivery. If you would like any information prior to ordering please contact us, via the contact page, quoting the product name and we will endeavour to provide you the information before place your order .

When checking out please ensure you enter your address, postcode, email and mobile number correctly, as we cannot take responsibility for incorrect information. Please always include a mobile number as this will enable our courier service to contact you and update you on your delivery and reschedule if necessary. If you have any special instructions for your delivery address please add them in the notes at the checkout so that we can pass them onto the courier.

If you would like an update on your order at anytime please do not hesitate to contact us via email and we will endeavour to reply within 48 hours with an update, please refrain from chasing us for a general update if your order hasn’t passed the delivery timeframes quoted for your item – [email protected].

Split Deliveries

If you order multiple items it is possible you will receive items at different times.

‘Pre-Order’ Items

Should you place an order for a “pre-order” item, any items placed within the same order will be sent when your full order is available, if you would like other parts of the order sent sooner then please email us and we can organise a sooner dispatch however there will be an extra delivery charge due.

Expected dates of ‘Pre Order’ items are an estimate and are not guaranteed as they can be subject to change with our suppliers. If you would like any “in stock” items to be sent out immediately an additional postage charge will apply. Just contact us to make the request.

Product Descriptions

We take pride in quality checking all our products before the leave where possible, however certain items like ceramics or natural material items may well differ from piece to piece, this is the way they are intended to be.

We ensure that our products descriptions are correct and our images are as true to life as possible, however whilst the colour reproduction of the products is a close representative of some stock images, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in the colour caused by the browser software or the computer system you use.

Delivery Outside of the UK

We currently only delivery in the UK (excluding the Channel Islands & Isle of Wight) If you would like to enquire about overseas shipping then please email us and we can provide you with a shipping quote to your desired Country.

Damaged items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit please email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and clear images of the damage to the item, if the packaging has also been damaged please include packaging images also.

All damaged items need to be reported within 48 hours of delivery, if they are not reported within this timeframe then we cannot accept responsibility for the damage and neither our courier or supplier will compensate.

Please do not dispose of the item until you have received a reply to your reporting email as depending on the item, it may have to be collected for us to process your refund/exchange.
